Christ’s Ascension and the Promise of the Holy Spirit – Eucharistic Celebration

We warmly invite you to join us for the Eucharistic Celebration, presided over by Fr. Jade Licuanan, in commemoration of the Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord. This week, we reflect on the topic: “Christ’s Ascension and the Promise of the Holy Spirit.”

Before His ascension into heaven, Jesus instructed His disciples to return to Jerusalem and await the fulfillment of His promise—the sending of the Holy Spirit. He then entrusted them with the mission of proclaiming the Gospel to all nations.

Let us come together at the table of the Lord to celebrate this sacred feast, which marks the definitive entrance of Jesus’ humanity into God’s heavenly kingdom, from where He will come again (CCC 665).
